With the exception of emergency situations, we typically operate by scheduled appointments. By doing so, this helps our team give each client the time he or she deserves and decreases time spent in the waiting room.
To help us best accommodate your schedule, we ask you call a for an appointment a few days in advance of your desired time. Scheduling a follow-on appointment is also easy; just ask the front desk for availability during the check-out process.
If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us a call as soon as you can, so that we may free up the time slot for another pet in need.
We kindly ask our clients to keep dogs on a non-retractable or locked leash, and cats remain in carriers during their visit to Three Trails Animal Hospital. If you are aware of any biting issues with your pet, we ask you to please muzzle them. Practicing proper restraint will help keep all staff members, clients and pets safe.
If you are concerned your pet has a contagious disease, please let one of our staff members know, and we will make proper arrangements so they may not come into contact with other pets and clients.
It is important to provide our clients with the most advanced medicine available. For this reason, we ask our clients to pay each visit in full at the time of the appointment. To help plan accordingly, we are happy to provide you with an estimate over the phone before your appointment.
